Office of Multicultural Affairs

PLEASE NOTE: The Office of Multicultural Affairs (including the OASIS House and Collegiate Religious Center) is only open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

The Office of Multicultural Affairs fosters a campus community that respects and celebrates diversity in all its dimensions, including but not limited to differences of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, socioeconomic status, and physical ability.

OMA serves as a home base for students navigating the university experience—especially a challenging STEM path where diversity is essential. Some are first-generation students, some are students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds, and some are looking for a community where they will thrive. We offer support, resources, tools, and direction to all WPI students through engaging initiatives, programs, and services.

OMA staff members promote social justice, equity, and multicultural awareness while also providing the close community students need to achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals. Students connect with each other and find a network that lasts long after graduation.
