CIMS REU in Industrial Mathematics and Statistics:

The Center for Industrial Mathematics and Statistics (CIMS) and the Department of Mathematical Sciences  welcomes 8 students from around the country to take part in two problems from business, industry and government:

1. Pricing TYVIX Options Using a Risk-Neutralized Historical Distribution, sponsored by Doherty Advisors, LLC

2. Modeling the Spatio-Temporal Dynamics of Interacting Fish Species in the Northeast Continental Shelf, sponsored by the Northeast Fisheries Science Center, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
