Dear Members of the Class of 2024,

We’re sending another update related to Commencement 🎉. 

Your HUB Account is now live with these Commencement tasks. Log into your WPI Hub Account and click on the graduation cap to complete all the following by April 22:

  1. Tell us whether you are attending your ceremony
  2. Complete the Heebner Career Development Center (HCDC) Survey
  3. Update your Lifetime Engagement information
  4. Update your future mailing address/e-mail address information
  5. Order your regalia by March 19 using the linked OakHall Regalia ordering site. Pick up your regalia during GRADFEST to avoid delivery charges! Then….
  6. Identify and reserve commencement tickets for your guests by 11:59 pm April 22. Each candidate participating in the Commencement exercises may receive up to 8 guest tickets. There is no charge for tickets, however tickets are required for all family and friends to enter the DCU Center. Depending on the number of attendees, after April 22 there may be a lottery for additional tickets. 
  7. All tasks above, including ticketing requests must be completed by April 22, 2024. 
  • We are seeking Convocation Speakers & Performers: Please visit the Convocation site for additional information about Convocation. 
  • We are seeking one student speaker for the Graduate Ceremony and one student speaker for the Undergraduate Ceremony. Audition dates will be April 16 & 18. More information, including audition sign-ups will be in our March Update letter.

As a reminder:

  • April 19: GRADFEST - Pick up your regalia during the day, and from 6:00 p.m.– 9:00 p.m., come to the Campus Center for a beverage, food, photos and socializing.  
  • April 27 at 12:00: The Lavender Commencement Ceremony 
  • May 1 (tentative): Class of 2024 Send-off from fellow students
  • May 7 at 1:30: Earle Bridge Crossing & Convocation 
  • May 8 at 3:00: The ROTC Commissioning Ceremony **
  • May 9 at 5:00 pm: The Graduate Commencement Ceremony **
  • May 10 at 2:00 pm: The Undergraduate CommencementCeremony **

More detailed information is posted on the Commencement Website. Please check the site often and encourage your parents and family members to do the same. 

Our goal is to help make your commencement a special day for you and your family members and other guests.
