How Annual Pay Increases and Promotions Work

At the September Town Hall, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Roxanne Armbruster shared Talent & Inclusion’s commitment to making WPI’s annual pay increase and staff promotion processes more transparent.

Two new pages on our website now explain how these processes work:

• Annual Pay Increases: who is eligible, how annual base and merit increases are determined, and when you’ll see your increase in your pay.
• Promotions for Staff: when a promotion is appropriate, how managers prepare and submit a request, and how requests are reviewed.

Each page includes key dates for the current cycle.
