Save the Date! MIEA Intro to Mindfulness is a four-week evidence-based mindfulness curriculum the Center for Well-Being is offering to WPI employees and graduate students at no cost.  Registration opens on September 2 for the in-person program that runs Tuesdays, 4:00 to 5:15 PM, Sept 16 to Oct 7 in the Center for Well-Being.  Learn more here.
