Save the Date! MIEA Intro to Mindfulness is a four-week evidence-based mindfulness curriculum the Center for Well-Being is offering to WPI employees and graduate students at no cost.  Registration opens on March 2 for the online program that runs Mondays, 2:00 to 3:15 PM, Mar 16 to Apr 13 (skip 3/30).  Learn more here.
