Upcoming Employee Experience Conversations - Follow up to Pulse Surveys
Building on the momentum of our Pulse Surveys, we’re excited to launch Employee Experience Conversations, confidential, one-on-one conversations led by members of the Talent & Inclusion (T&I) team. These are dedicated spaces for you to share what’s working, what could be better, and what would make WPI an even more meaningful place to grow and contribute.
Conversations are confidential. Individual employee responses will not be shared with managers or leadership. Feedback will be reviewed and summarized in aggregate to identify themes and inform meaningful action across WPI.
Participants are being selected through a randomized process to represent all divisions across WPI and must have been at WPI for 12 months or longer. Conversations will be less than an hour in duration and will take place throughout May 2026, with plans to continue on a quarterly basis going forward. If you are selected to participate, a member of the Talent Strategies Team will reach out to you personally.
