As a pioneer in the field of robotics, WPI is committed to offering invaluable knowledge and experiences for aspiring robotic engineers.

Home to the first-of-its-kind bachelor’s degree in robotics engineering and one of the first graduate programs in the nation, it’s no surprise that WPI plays a major role in several robotics competitions and events throughout the year.

WPI students studying robotics engineering are constantly building and upgrading robots as part of their coursework, and participate in head-to-head competitions. Middle and high school students come to WPI school-year and summer programs to spark their interest in robotics and other STEM fields. No matter their age, WPI provides invaluable hands-on opportunities for tomorrow’s robotics engineers.

The 411 on the RRC

WPI’s Robotics Resource Center continuously works to improve the ease of students and teams in connecting, sharing, and receiving information related to building the most competitive robots. It’s the one-stop shop for teams new and old as they build or grow robotics communities of their own. Don’t hesitate to email the RRC with any bot-related questions, big or small.
