The Analytics Laboratory at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) will host an information and networking session for students, faculty, and community members interested in learning more about the application of data analytics for healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
Who
Presenting brief talks at the event will be Tze Chiam, PhD, an instructor in the Quantitative Health Sciences Department at UMass Medical School and a process improvement specialist at UMass Memorial Health Care, who will speak about "Quality Improvement Cases from UMass Medical," and George Dealy, vice president for healthcare applications at Dimensional Insight, the founding sponsor of the WPI Analytics Laboratory, who will speak on "Driving Improvement in Healthcare through Information."
