Financial Services

Financial Services supports the WPI community by managing cash and banking operations, credit card processing, and institutional loan services.

Services include:

Bank-Provided Services

ACH (Automated Clearing House) and Wire Payments

If a vendor requests to pay WPI via ACH or wire transfer, they should provide you with a formal request. Please forward to Michelle Pickett at mpickett@wpi.edu for review and approval.

Credit Card Processing

WPI accepts credit cards for conferences and events held on campus, and other miscellaneous remittances. The Financial Services office must approve processing all payment cards at WPI. If your department is interested in accepting credit card payments, please contact Michelle Pickett at mpickett@wpi.edu .   

Institutional Loan Services

WPI offers Institutional loans for students who demonstrate financial need.  These loans are managed by ECSI, and borrowers can manager their accounts at https://home.ecsi.net/

Questions about the loan awards, entrance counseling, or exit counseling should be directed to Donna Severson: dseverson@wpi.edu.

Donna can also help with any questions about repaying the WPI Institutional loans, including loans that have been placed into collection.
