The McDonough Makerspace and adjacent Fitzgerald Prototype Lab offer the tools, technology, resources, and support to help current undergraduate and graduate students imagine, design, model, and tinker while they explore new ideas in a collaborative space.

State-of-the-art equipment––which includes hand tools, a printed circuit board machine, a 48” x 36” laser cutter, and several fused deposition modeling printers––can be used for everything from coursework to academic projects to personal projects and can help take an idea from concept to prototype.
