Bite-sized Learning Series

Bite-sized Learning offers a series of short, online learning sessions employees can use to gain usable information quickly. Each 20- to 25- minute session starts at 12:30 and can fit into your lunch hour.

Sessions for managers and include topics including Understanding and Overcoming Cognitive Biases in Hiring and Developing an Executive Presence. Sessions for all employees include topics such as Improve Your To-do List and How to be an Ally.

New Manager Program (More information coming soon)

The New Manager Program serves as an introduction to a wide range of fundamental concepts crucial for new managers who are faced with supervising direct reports for the first time.

This pilot program will offer 4 sessions of 55 minutes covering both core and soft managerial skills.
