MSG Nattoo is originally from Linstead, Saint Catherine, Jamaica, and grew up in Brooklyn, NY. He began his military career in January 2008, enlisted as a 12B Combat Engineer, and attended Basic Training OSUT at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. His assignments include 95th Route Clearance Company, 165th Engineer Battalion, Scholfield Barracks, Hawaii from 2008 to 2011. Charlie Company, 9th Engineer Battalion, Ledward Barracks, Germany from 2011 to 2013. Echo Company, 161 Infantry Battalion, Fort Jackson, South Carolina, from 2013 to 2016. 937th Sapper Company, 20th Engineer Battalion, Fort Hood, Texas, from 2016 to 2019. Counter Explosive and Hazardous Center, 1st Engineer Brigade, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, from 2019 to 2021. Alpha Company, 10 Brigade Engineer Battalion, 3ID, Fort Stewart, Georgia, from 2021 to 2025. MSG Nattoo deployments include Tikrit, Iraq, from January 2009 to December 2009, supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). One rotation each to Japan, Turkey, Germany, and Lithuania.
MSG Nattoo is currently a Senior Master Instructor at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Massachusetts, and has held numerous positions throughout his career. He has held all leadership positions, including Team Leader, Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, Drill Sergeant, and Instructor.
