Through oversight of the belonging and engagement areas of Student Affairs, Carissa collaborates with ODIME, ISSO, and SAO so that students can seek individual support they need for success, build their communities, and grow in their interests & knowledge.

With 25 years of experience in higher education, Carissa has expertise in facilitating smooth transitions to campus, enhancing leadership skills, and fostering community development.
