Jacleen is an expert in multimedia production and creative marketing strategy with 18 years of combined experience at WPI. She leads the creative team in shaping and upholding the institution’s visual and brand identity and oversees a wide range of creative outputs, including video, photography, graphic design, multimedia storytelling, and environmental branding to ensure a consistent and compelling expression of WPI's identity. She manages key technologies such as Canto, Getty Images, Appspace, YouTube, Vimeo, and Frame.io, drawing on her background in technology to ensure seamless asset organization and distribution. She also supports strategic planning, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships.
