If you have any Direct Loans (Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized) in your financial aid award, you - the student - must complete both Entrance Counseling and a Master Promissory Note.

If you are a dependent student and your parent or stepparent (on the FAFSA) is interested in borrowing the federal Direct PLUS Loan, your parent can apply for a PLUS Loan and Complete a Loan Agreement (Master Promissory Note).
