Bursar's Office (Student Accounts)
The Bursar's Office (Student Accounts) is responsible for charging and collecting fees for tuition, housing, meal plans, health insurance, and any other applicable fees. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our students, families, and the WPI community.
We specialize in working with students and families to resolve outstanding balances. It is important to let our office know as early as possible if you are experiencing any unexpected financial difficulties. We're here to help!
Fall 2023 semester charges for all students will post the week of July 10
Due date - August 14, 2023
Have you....
♦ set up your "Friends and Family" to access your account to remit payment?
♦ enrolled or waived your student health insurance?
♦ let us know about any outside scholarships?
♦ completed all your financial aid documents?
♦ set up a direct deposit for eRefunds?
♦ provided your social security number for your 1098-T tax statement?
♦ viewed your semester charges (if available)?
♦ viewed your payment options and/or set up an interest free payment plan?
♦ considered tuition insurance to supplement and strengthen our withdrawal policy?
Bursar Office hours are M-F 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
In compliance with the WPI policy on email, correspondence from the Bursar's Office will be sent to the student's official university “name@wpi.edu” email account. Students are expected to check their email on a frequent and consistent basis in order to stay current with WPI-related communications.
