Bursar's Office (Student Accounts)

The Bursar's Office, also known as Student Accounts, handles the charging and collection of various fees including tuition, housing, meal plans, health insurance, and other relevant charges. Our primary focus is to deliver outstanding service to the students, families, and the WPI community.

Our expertise lies in assisting students and families in resolving any outstanding balances. If you encounter any unforeseen financial difficulties, we encourage you to notify our office at the earliest opportunity. We are dedicated to providing support and assistance when needed.

2023 1098-T Forms are now available though Workday for eligible students.

Spring 2024 semester charges Due date - January 4, 2024

Have you....

    ♦    set up your "Friends and Family" to access your account to remit payment?

    ♦    enrolled or waived your student health insurance?

    ♦    let us know about any outside scholarships

    ♦    completed all your financial aid documents?

    ♦    set up a direct deposit for eRefunds

    ♦    provided your social security number for your 1098-T tax statement

    ♦    viewed your semester charges (if available)? 

    ♦    viewed your payment options and/or set up an interest free payment plan?

    ♦   considered tuition insurance to supplement and strengthen our withdrawal policy?

 

Bursar Office hours are M-F 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

 

In compliance with the WPI policy on email, correspondence from the Bursar's Office will be sent to the student's official university “name@wpi.edu” email account. Students are expected to check their email on a frequent and consistent basis in order to stay current with WPI-related communications.
