The word bursar is an unknown term to many people; it is traditionally used in colleges to mean an officer in charge of funds. We in the WPI Bursar’s Office aspire to provide exceptional service to our customers. The office is dedicated to student accounts—serving students, families, and the WPI community.
Our main responsibilities include:
New for Spring - students will be able to change their residential meal plan through the Get App.
The change option will be available January 11 - end of day 26th
You have to be registered for at least one class to receive a bill!
Students will see a Finances worklet on their Workday home page with account and billing access, as well as links to the Student Financial Aid portal, Nelnet, Flywire, student health insurance, etc.
Student eBills are now dynamic and will be in Workday. Students may view or download their semester eBill by semester.
Third parties can make ACH payments in Workday (no fee) through the Finances for Third Party worklet.
