He was nominated by John Schwartz, Chief Information Security Officer, who says:
“When everyone went to remote working and classes were being put on-line, there was and still is a large volume of SPAMMING and PHISHING that impacted the WPI community as a result Charlie worked and often late hours and over weekends to mitigate these issues.”
