Renew Wireless Certificate on Personal Devices

Connecting to WPI wireless installs a certificate on your device that expires one year after setup. Renew now to prevent disruption! If a device was previously connected but is no longer working, the certificate has likely expired. Renew Wireless Certificate on Personal Devices contains instructions.

 

Card Access Requests

This form enables you to submit card access requests, including bulk requests by uploading a completed Excel spreadsheet template.

 

Where to find the Service Desk & Technology for Teaching and Learning during the Gordon Library Construction

  • IT Service Desk is on the first floor, one level below the Library entrance. More details are in Library Renovation Update for A-Term.
  • Technology for Teaching and Learning team is now located in Gordon Library 302.

Microsoft’s Apps Dashboard

Microsoft's Apps dashboard at myapps.Microsoft.com contains all your available apps. You can even pin your favorite ones in a collection to find them faster using instructions in  Microsoft's Apps Dashboard.

 

Software Requests

The Software Library in the Help Portal lists the software we currently have. If the software you need for your classes is not listed there, please sign into the Help Portal and submit the Software Request Form to let us know. 

 

Scientific & Engineering Software & Applications (SESA) Training Sessions 

Academic and Research Computing (ARC) offers free, non-credit instruction in scientific and engineering software for the WPI community. Training and consultation topics include MATLAB, LaTeX, HPC, Linux, AI, and more. Click this link for more information. Email archelp@wpi.edu if you have any questions.

 

Advanced Rapid Prototyping Lab

The Advanced Rapid Prototyping Lab offers a variety of services to help you or your students with prototyping. In addition to housing several more advanced 3D printing options and hands on training and access to 3D scanning, the lab will also help students get connected to other resources on campus that may be better suited to their project’s needs. Invited lectures and project consultations are available at any stage of the prototyping process.
