ODIME spaces remain available for student programming during evenings and weekends. However, reservations during these times will depend on staff availability, and we may not be able to accommodate every request. All requests must be submitted via 25Live. Please contact diversity@wpi.edu with any questions.

OASIS Multicultural Center Space Usage Policy

The OASIS Multicultural Center (OASIS House) is located at 20 Schussler Road Worcester, MA 01605 (5 minute walk from main campus).
Each time you enter the building, you will be required to sign-in using the provided iPad/QR Code.
Reservations must be made 5-7 business days in advance. Last-minute reservations may not be accepted.
All events, meetings, and other gatherings will be encouraged to be held in a hybrid format (both in-person with an optional online option).
All scheduled events/programs occurring after business hours (outside of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ET) and/or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) require participation in ODIME’s Service Provider Meeting where we will review building usage expectations and space usage policies, practices, and protocols.
You MUST clean and sanitize the spaces used following your meeting/program/event using the provided cleaning supplies.
In the event of a fire and/or fire alarm, please promptly and safely exit the building and await further instruction from Campus Police and/or the ODIME staff member on shift.
If you do not comply with the cleaning protocols, or appropriate health and safety practices, the sponsoring organization may lose the privilege of using the space for future programs/events. For more information or if you have any questions, please email us at diversity@wpi.edu.
