Alan Baker is WPI's Assistant Chief Technology Officer for Architecture and Infrastructure. In this capacity, Alan provides strategic and operational leadership across WPI's entire technology infrastructure — spanning Systems, Virtualization, Endpoints, Cloud, Network Engineering, Network Security, Campus Safety Services, Application and Database Server Support, Web Systems, Load Balancers, Patching, and Software Delivery.Alan also serves as Chair of the Information Technology Architecture Review Board, where he leads enterprise-wide governance of technology standards, solution design, and ...

An alumnus of WPI Class of 1997, Ben leads combined teams of Networking, Telecommunications, and Card Access Systems for the University.

Jordyn supports the development needs of the operational groups within Infrastructure Services (Network Operations and Card Access & Camera Operations). She develops and supports a variety of tools, both internal and customer-facing (such as netreg.wpi.edu).She is an alum of the WPI Class of 2022 with a BS and MS in Computer Science.
