Property Management has responsibility for the identification, tracking, and tagging of the physical assets of the university. Our office develops policies related to fixed assets and monitors compliance with these policies. We also conduct required inventories of assets and furnish reports on the status of fixed assets to auditors and funding agencies, as a function of Procurement Services.
