Allen Gutierrez is a researcher and educator working at the intersection of entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence. He was awarded the prestigious Fulbright scholarship to complete his MS in Information Technology at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) and began his PhD in Entrepreneurship in 2024. His research focuses on the role of artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship, particularly how AI can support venture development and mentorship. He is also interested in responsible and equitable AI use and in understanding how AI-enabled entrepreneurial support can be. Through his work at WPI's i3 Lab, he collaborates with student entrepreneurs and develops technology-enabled approaches to support early-stage venture development.
