Colleen is the Director of the Robotics Resource Center at WPI, where she has championed hands-on STEM education since 2008. With a BS and MS from WPI, she has grown the center’s reach through partnerships with organizations like NASA and the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation, while expanding WPI's engagement with FIRST. Since becoming Director in 2019, Colleen has prioritized equity and access to hands-on learning for Massachusetts students, securing over $1M in grants to create new opportunities. She also mentors high school and college students as a team leader for FIRST Robotics Competition Team 190 (WPI/Jabil Healthcare & Mass Academy).
Outside of robotics, Colleen fosters animals for local rescues and always has Jimmy Buffett playing in the background.
