Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is running a (free) leadership workshop for NSF Graduate Fellows and Honorable Mentions June 3-5, 2018 at WPI located in Worcester, MA. The workshop is being supported through an NSF grant, and will feature training on use of personality type and emotional intelligence in leadership roles, conflict management and interpersonal communication skills, organizational leadership, diversity and inclusion with teams, personal leadership development, and leadership in academic settings.
We are currently accepting applications from invited NSF Graduate Fellows and Honorable Mentions through the application deadline of April 13, 2018. Click here to apply to attend. We will review applications and make final selections for the program by April 20, 2018. Full travel and lodging support as well as meals during the program will be provided. Participants will arrive at WPI the evening of June 3 for a welcome reception and the program will conclude at noon on June 5.
