Brian Beckwith joined the Service Desk team in 2018 as an IT Support Analyst and later spent two years as the Student Supervisor, mentoring and coordinating the department’s student employees. He has since advanced to the role of Assistant Director, where he leads Service Desk operations to ensure dependable IT support for the community and manages the HaloITSM ticketing system to enhance service efficiency. ...
