On January 23, 2020, HDI announced its list of Top 25 Thought Leaders in Technical Support & Service Management and WPI's Chris Chagnon was listed among its rank of recognized experts in the technical support and service management sector. Chris Chagnon is currently working towards his PhD advised by Professor Soussan Djamasbi at the Foisie Business School. Chris remarks that he is "very excited to join some amazing people on this list." HDI is a leading events and services organization in the technical support and service management industry.
