Wellness Days are built into the 2022-2023 graduate and undergraduate academic calendar as days to reflect, relax, reconnect, and reenergize as individuals and as a campus community. These are days for our community to focus on supporting and caring for our students as well as each other.  

There will be no classes, no assignment due dates, no non-critical lab work, and no meetings held on these days. Wellness Days will feature a variety of ways to de-stress, center, and connect with yourself and those around you throughout the day.

    Where is My Wellness Day Passport Book?

    The Wellness Day Passport Book is your traveler's guide to Wellness Day activities created by the Center for Well-Being. Travel on this wellness journey with us by grabbing your Wellness Day Passport from the CWB Front Desk or Wellness Day Kick-off event between Oct 31st- Nov. 7th. Just like every trip, you earn miles or points redeemable. Drop off your filled in passport after Nov 7th or during D-term and your name will be entered into a raffle. Prizes to be announced at the end of D-Term. 

    Added bonus, for the Nov 7th Wellness Day, come to the Yoga of Immortals Mental Wellness Session from 2:30 pm-3:30 pm or attend two other events. For every activity that you attend, ask the staff for stickers to be added to your Wellness Day Passport.  

     If you attend the Yoga of Immortals Mental Wellness Session or two other events, you can show your passport book to the staff of Gompei’s Goat Cheese to claim your free delicious sandwich. Tell a friend to tell a friend.
