As Assistant Dean of Students I support the student experience in a variety of ways: I provide leadership in the area of capital planning for the physical spaces on campus managed by the Division of Student Affairs. Through this work, I aim to provide an environment that is inclusive and welcoming for all students across campus. Additionally, I am responsible for diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives for the Division and work in partnership with wonderful colleagues from a variety of offices in this regard. Lastly, I serve as a conduct officer in our campus conduct system, serve as a member of the emergency preparedness team and assist with the strategic planning and assessment activities for Student Affairs. As Director of Residential Services my number one goal is to ensure that our residence halls provide a place for our students that is conducive to learning. It is important to me that we provide an environment in our halls that allows students to continue their academic studies outside of the classroom while also providing an atmosphere that promotes individual growth and development. Outside of the office, I love athletics, and am lucky enough to currently be one of the WPI softball program assistant coaches. I also advise two student organizations on campus: The Alliance as well as the LEGO Club.
