We’re excited to welcome you back to campus! All students (undergraduate, graduate, and PhD) must verify their D-Term plans—if you haven’t already, log into MyTechFlex and fill out the intentions survey as soon as possible. There, you’ll also find:

  • For students living in university-owned housing: Move-in instructions and requirements based on your specific situation. Move-in will be held on Sunday, March 21; visit the Moving In webpage for more details. Don’t hesitate to connect with Residential Services with any questions or concerns.
  • For students living off campus, or in fraternity and sorority housing: On-board testing instructions and requirements based on your specific situation. On-boarding is required to gain access to the campus; please be sure to check your MyTechFlex for your assigned dates. Don’t hesitate to connect with the Dean of Students Office with any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to do our part in protecting the health and safety of our entire campus community—you, your fellow students, faculty, and staff, as well as the greater Worcester community we call home. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Pre-Arrival Testing

WPI is in Tech Flex on Campus /Alert Level Green in part because everyone has done a great job protecting the Herd: wearing face coverings, maintaining social distancing and avoiding gatherings. We need to keep it up, so make sure you are healthy before coming to campus. Plan ahead. If you are moving in for D-Term on March 21, you need to have your pre-arrival test on March 16.

Testing Results

You must have a negative pre-arrival test before move onto campus for D-Term. Your must have a molecular test (PCR, RT-PCR, NAA or NAAT are all acceptable); we will not accept an antigen or an antibody test.  Check this graphic (click here to download a PDF) to see the information your test results must include.
