WPI Community Vaccination Update

As WPI prepares for our fall semester and a return to in-person learning, teaching, and working, we continue to track vaccination levels of our faculty, staff, and students over the summer. Vaccination provides the best protection against significant illness from COVID-19 and the spread of the virus, and knowing the percentage of our community that is vaccinated will help inform our planning efforts for on-campus activities.

All undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in on-campus courses and/or conducting research in campus labs are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to upload their vaccination documentation by August 1, 2021. Employees are strongly encouraged to get vaccinated and have been asked to provide the university with their vaccination status. All new employees hired on or after July 13, 2021, are required to be vaccinated and provide their vaccination information.

The Community Vaccination Dashboard tracks the percentage of permanent employees and students who are currently fully vaccinated. Data is updated weekly on Thursday at 4 pm.
