Mackenzie works with WPI’s Fraternity and Sorority community, in partnership with Christine Ziev. Mackenzie specifically advises the 12 fraternities on campus, the Interfraternity Council (IFC), and Order of Omega (Fraternity and Sorority Leadership Honor Society). Mackenzie also serves as the advisor for Robokids and Exploradreams, two organizations that closely work with the Worcester school system. Mackenzie oversees the Leadership Development programs for the Student Activities Office, including the Leadership Lecture series, Leadership Luncheons, and the Leading Edge Certificate program (Emerging Leaders, Advanced Leaders, Transformational Leaders, Legacy Leaders). On top of this, Mackenzie organizes the community service programs and opportunities for campus. These programs include the Fall and Spring Community Service Fair, The Spirit of the Giving Tree, Spring Fundraiser, and Day of Service. This also includes overseeing the Community Service Work Study (CSWS) program in partnership with the Financial Aid office. Lastly, Mackenzie serves on the Student Organizational Committee (SOC) for new student organizations, the Higher Education Consortium of Central Massachusetts Working Group, and the Sustainable Inclusive Excellence Committee for the university.
