Performance reviews are an important annual process here at WPI. Performance feedback should be an ongoing process throughout the year between managers and employees, but this is the time to formally discuss our individual performance, set goals, and examine growth and development opportunities for the coming year.
Each employee completes a self-evaluation form, which is sent directly to their manager. Then the manager will use this feedback, along with their notes and input from others, where appropriate, to complete the performance review form. The manager will conduct individual performance review meetings with their direct reports, and then send each employee's self-evaluation form and the performance review form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
