Veronica is responsible for change management, training, and communications related to the Enterprise Transformation Program, which includes the implementation of Workday on campus. She works closely with staff also engaged in this project, as well as the Project Management Office. Outreach to faculty, staff, and students is an essential part of the effort to ensure community members are well-informed and supported as we all learn to use these exciting new tools.
Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master of Liberal Arts degree in Extension Studies, from Harvard University. She has also studied architecture, design, photography, and most recently, ceramics. Prior to WPI, she worked at Wellesley College for 15 years, and Arthur D. Little, Inc. for 10 years.
